Rich DDT is an interactive installation designer, live electronic music producer/performer, and event organizer who is passionately repurposing the latest technology to create an awe-inspiring, open and supportive environment for human connection.

He has been designing and installing interactive digital installations since 2008, providing experiences that encourage collaborative group interaction in the creation of electronic music and projected environments.

Rich Detonates Dance Tracks in live electronic music performance, springing the dancefloor alive with his ControlliTAR, a musical instrument of his own design.

As lead organizer of LoveTech, creator of the Digital Jam Lounge & LearnTech Forum, he has brought community and creativity to the adventurous and curious among us.

His installations and interactive art zones have been featured at The Exploratorium, California Academy of Sciences, NASA Ames Research Center, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, Gray Area Foundation For The Arts, Machine Inspired Art Gallery, Million Fishes Gallery, and several large events & festivals including Maker Faire, SF MusicTech Summit, Lightning In A Bottle, Sea of Dreams, Lucidity, Raindance, Priceless, Cognitive Awakening, Cosmic Convergence and of course Burning Man.

Seeking proposals of existing art for a 6 month exhibition of interactive digital music installations at The Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose, opening March 6th, 2014. It's looking to be a stellar showcase of new music making experiences, with emphasis on creating an inspirational and inclusive environment that encourages immediate engagement in creative music play. We're already featuring some of the jamboxes listed on jamboxes.net.
