Finally I've found with Rhizome the wwworldwide opinion leading community on e-art and e-culture.
I myself am not a designer or whatsoever. I wish!
What my qualities are though, is a strong and positive confidence in a 'good' future. Since '96 I am involved in a ongoing developing concept that wants to 'shorten time' towards such a time.
In the persuit of that we are raising a society, with members, that cofinances merely a dozen scientific researchprojects. We are active in three sectors:
* Space Development / Technique
* Earth & Life Sciences
* Societal Affairs
Underneath, above and next to these we are very interested in ICT-developments in general, and e-culture and the it's consequences for the real world in particular.

This starts in The Netherlands (when...?) but soon afterwards the concept is to be exported overseas. To the Anglo-American countries to start with.
