Hello all,
Our visit continues! The Museum of The Essential and Beyond That is a very =
larger site, we are just beggining. Today, the third floor: "Paris Connecti=
on". I think all of you already know this colaborative work, created and d=
irected by Jim Andrews. The museum was one of the producers of this work an=
d is very proud of it. Paris Connection means three months of very hard wor=
k, lots and lots and lots of emails. See the map, Paris Connection is the t=
hird floor, under the attic:
The third floor:
Visiting this floor, you can see: the whole Project "Paris Connection" (fou=
r languages: English, Spanish, French and Portuguese), the wonderful work o=
f the six french artists: Antoine Schmitt, Frederic Durieu, Jean-Jacques =
Birge, Jean Luc Lamarque, Nicolas Clauss and servovalve (as you certainly=
know, their work was the subject of study of "Paris Connection"), you can =
visit Paris - Rio de Janeiro Gallery - 9137 km , a work in progress, now m=
easuring 7, 240 metters... and you can visit very important sites:

e preserved are. Have you already thought about digital preservation? The a=
ttic just intend to show that our digital culture must be preserved...

ttic just intend to show that our digital culture must be preserved...

The brazilian web.artist, teacher and researcher Guto Nobrega and his
students of Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Federal University of
Rio de Janeiro) are inviting all the interested in digital narratives to
participate of the
http://www.narrativasdigitais.eba.ufrj.br/animaalice/ ,
which is based on Lewis Carrol story "Alice in the Wonderland" , but this
Alice grew up... The begining of the narrative is already on line, but there
are some doors (chapters of the book) waiting for your collaboration.
