Eyebeam is looking for a bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day financial management and also output detailed and regular reports, working closely with the director. Should have ease working with Quickbooks software. The appropriate candidate will be very comfortable working with accrual accounting and with non-profits, preferably within the arts. Part time position, 3 days/wk. Hourly rate negotiable.

Looking for young and energetic talent with a keen eye for details.

Duties include:
Entering transactions and coding
Entering and paying bills
Managing A/R and A/P
Running basic reports and projections
Track costs associated with programs and outstanding bills
Output PNL as needed
Payroll
