I am a barbecue lover since I was a teenager when I first tasted bbq in florida and decided I was
going to try to cook barbecue myself by grilling meat and learn how to use a smoker. Barbecue I started to grill
in my twenties as well as use a smoker to make delicious food. I was able to brave the cold
northeast weather and barbeque great smoked ribs using hickory smoke when the weather was in
the minus teens in new pork state or should i say new york state you see my mind is on ribs during
the winter.
When i am not barbecueing I am active as a writer,as a physician and I love my old hobbies of
amateur radio and astronomy as well as gardening and hiking. Also I love my two siamese cats.
