School, Nkwo Edo Oraifite.

One thing people of this part of Nigeria don't know
is the story building or Modern building in Nigeria
is in Oraifite, a town 16-20 kilometer from Onitsha.
This house which houses Oraifite Past Kings was
designed and constructed by the Portuguese traders
in 1836.
Infact, it was because of trade relationship between
our king and the Portuguese that the traders decided
to give their friend a benefiting modern house to live.
One thing about this house is that it is complete with
everything accept bath and toilet.
Anyway,I don't think that our chief will allow toilet
inside his building as that is not the custom of
Igbo People or Igbo Culture and traditions.
Downstairs, you have the sitting and dinning with
visitors' room. Upstairs you have private sitting
room and bedrooms.
If our kings lived in this modern house during their
time they must be great men and women around Igbo Land.
