Eric Camper is an Intermedia artist living in Nashville, Tennessee. He is currently the lead faculty in Media Arts and Animation at the Art Institute of Tennessee--Nashville. His work attempts a purposeful Synesthesia or blending of senses as an approach to art. He strives to create visual, aural, and literary elements that have a seamless interplay. Motion capture is how he transcends, figuratively and literately, human time and space parameters. Poetry is a way he communicates what normal prose will not allow, letting internal rhythms pulse into form.
