After a substantial track record of 23 years working in Belgium as a free-lance curator I moved to Plymouth, UK in August 2010 in order to start my PhD-research at Transtechnology Research. My curatorial practice is since September 2011 mainly situated within Plymouth College of Art where I am programme leader BA (Hons) Fine Art, Critical and Curatorial Practices but recently I have also developed new curatorial projects.
I was director-curator of MDD-Museum Dhondt-Dhaenens between 1999 and 2004. edprojects was the umbrella under which I organised between 2005 and 2012 all my self-employed work as a curator and a translator.
Clients have been amongst others:
University of Leuven/Museum M – curator Parallellepipeda, 2007-10
ngo Vredeseilanden – curator wijheizij, 2009-10
