Managing Director sought for established, internationally-known film, video, and new media festival based in Austin, TX. Duties include year-round overall administration and financial oversight--including grant-writing, fundraising, and reporting; recruitment and supervision of festival volunteers; oversight of publicity, catalog production, and technical issues. Film/fine arts/arts administration background helpful; experience with non-profit fundraising and administration preferred. Salary: Paid/DOE.
