Ashley Colgate is an independent new media curator who has worked with new media organizations including EYEBEAM and Harvestworks as well as Rhizome.org where she organized 'Crap-tops vs. Laptops' in January of 2006. She recently curated '[new] transformation', a visual art program for BAPLab in July 2006. Ashley received her B.A. with honors from Vassar College from the "Science, Technology and Society" program with a concentration in new media arts and digital theory in 2005.
