In the history of art, there has always been created a lot of triptychs. This image is the second part of a triptych to reflect our present age.

The second part, called rhizomic spheres, suggest a possible future. The title is a self contradition. A rhizome is a structure, where every point is connected to any other. A rhizome has neither beginning nor end, and is an eternal self-referential system. A sphere, on the other hand, is based on division, where overlaps are possible.

The picture is a synthesis of the conflicting systems of thought that gouverns reality after the post-modernist era. Our age is a meltdown of conflicting systems of thought - a kind of void. The system of the world is now based on this void. The future begins when these conflicting systems of thought are merged together and take new forms never seen before. A symbiosis, where ...
